An Announcement about the Roselle Park Short Film Festival
It is with regret that the Roselle Park Short Film Festival will not be taking part in this year’s 2019 Roselle Park Arts Festival. The short film festival is taking a sabbatical to retool, reboot and return to a stronger, more visible and appreciative film event!
During this sabbatical, we will be announcing different film related events to develop a culture of film appreciation and education, more opportunities for aspiring film students from our borough, a wider network for filmmakers in our region, and a larger audience of film goers and film lovers from across the State.
Be on the lookout for these great announcements in the future. In the meantime, our Facebook page will be used to announce these events as well as promote other film festivals and notable filmmaker moments. Feel free to send us your film event announcements and notable moments. We love hearing from you and promoting your achievements.
We thank all the volunteers and supporters who have helped make the Roselle Park Short Film Festival a great success. You proved that Roselle Park is the “little town that could” for film art.
And our most sincere gratitude to all of the filmmakers who attended the Roselle Park Short Film Festival and Roselle Park Arts Festival from across the United States and filmmakers who submitted films from around the world. It’s is your art, vision, and storytelling that makes us laugh, cry and most of all think.
