Since 2012, Latinsilver has explored self-reflection, sexuality, nature, and nostalgia through various mediums and techniques in her works of art. She is best known for her erotic series This is Inception and her botanical paintings inspired by popular character Audrey II from the film Little Shop of Horrors. At the beginning of her career, just after receiving her Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design, she began to focus more on the fine art aspect of her studies. She started out using pastels then moved onto acrylic paint for her figurative nudes while exploring inverted and colorful compositions. However, being an illustrator at heart for 10 years, she also incorporates the use of ink, watercolor, and digital software. Her main influences for her Pop Art stem from the childhood of her and her children beginning in the 80’s to the present day of which include a range of artists, illustrators, and film. She mostly portrays dark, whimsical subjects through colorful and grungy techniques.

An elegant flair for the fantastic lingers in the magic of Mitrova’s visions, as she paints in oils with a lyrical eloquence. She begins each work focused on a single form, later dividing and fracturing the image with increasing complexity and detail as her portraits sprout with new growth and possibilities. There is a smooth perfection to her skilled use of the paints, and a feeling of crispness and clarity in her mark that fills her surfaces with life.

Gigi Garcia is best known for her detailed collages made from recycled magazine pages precisely cut with her trusty scissors. She loves knowing that with each piece she makes, she can never duplicate it exactly due to the limited copies of the recycled magazines she uses for her process. Each collage is made with a bit of whimsy and a whole lot of love. Website |
As a henna artist, my designs are freestyle, unique to the individual. No person is the same so why should a design be? Henna is not just a service—it is foremost, an experience. It’s intimate; we hold hands, we connect, and we imagine your design together. If you feel like talking I listen, I share, and again, we connect. I love getting to draw on you, but happier to get to know you. |

As a 4th Grader in the Philippines, Lynnor Bontigao drew a story on pieces of paper and stapled them together. That may have planted the seed of being an illustrator. She joined a children’s book illustrator group in college and knew that’s the path she wanted to follow. Lynnor is inspired to illustrate stories about overcoming fears and finding one’s strength, feelings she had when she migrated to a new country after college. She became a programmer for a major financial firm for 15 years in New York City but she never forgot her love of drawing for kids and kids at heart. Her first illustrated picture book will be released this year with Sawaga River Press. She is interested in illustrating picture books and book covers. Lynnor is a member of SCBWI, CBIG, and PuddleJump Collective. She lives in New Jersey.
