Over the past festivals, our team planned, produced, and fundraised for the event entirely on a volunteer basis. However, the scope and intensity of the work required far exceeds what a small volunteer group can sustain. This event requires a level of ongoing commitment and coordination that cannot be supported by a limited volunteer base, and the resources simply do not exist within the town to carry it forward.
We are grateful for the community's support and have truly valued the opportunity to
build this event for our town.
