Extra 1104 - The Story of the Rockport Train Wreck Director, Writer, Producer: John General Key Cast: Don Mayberry Jr., Andy Parke, Alfred Dellicker, Bill Wilson, Michael Connor Steaming fifty people to death, the train wreck of Extra 1104 in 1925 stands today as one of the most disastrous train wrecks in New Jersey. For over 90 years, the complete full story of this tragedy remained largely untold until local filmmaker John General set out to reveal what really happened on the fateful night that put courage, selflessness and pure heroism to a true test. "Extra 1104 - The Story of the Rockport Train Wreck" is the only film to ever tell the full story of the deadliest disaster in Warren County's history that left Rockport, a small rural village with no electricity or medical personnel, shaken for decades. Behind every victory or defeat, hidden from the crowds and media, there is always the trainer. The person who the horse lives with, grows with and learns from. The trainer is fully responsible for all the preparation: the physical and psychological well-being of the animal. This is a delicate and fragile duty where an invisible thin line separates fitness from injury. And this is where Ilka, a Newmarket trainer, is in her element. As a result nearly 69 000 Peruvians went missing or were killed. The region of Ayacucho was the most affected. Since 2005 a group of women from Ayacucho has been struggling for the building of a Memorial Sanctuary in La Hoyada, the place where the army built small furnaces to incinerate the bodies of people who suffered extrajudicial executions, becoming a symbol of extreme violence and impunity. Luscious Director, Writer, Producer: Xuecheng Xu LONG ISLAND CITY, NY USA “Luscious” is a 2D motion graphics video looks at human nature, human instinct and the power of imagination. Minimally styled illustrations tell the story of a beautiful woman who achieves satisfaction by having a psychedelic, metaphoric, sensual journey during dinner in 1930s Shanghai. Conjuring up that longing we feel when the monotony and tediousness of life weighs over us. We have all felt suffocated under the confines of modern life at some point, but every so often, uniformity forces our minds to drift to a faraway place; sensual, peaceful and content where we feel there is a quiet calm tenderness, nothing else existing but the world we have conceived. Secret Chamber Murder Director, Writer, Producer: Yin Shuo-han JiangXi Province, China This short animated film builds a world outlook from a cookie’s viewpoint, starts with a murder incident, develops from more detailed plots and ends with the plot that the cookie is eaten by human beings.All these plots are elaborated by the way of montage and it revealed that human beings just cannot get rid of the doomed fate no matter how many efforts they have made.
